Junior Manager Program 2010

The aim of the Junior Manager program is to develop talents through a challenging work environment where the participant is empowered to think and make decisions in a multinational company that is leader in Brazil and in more than 40 countries.

During the 18 to 24 months program, the Junior Manager will have defined objectives based on the company´s targets and will be expected to contribute to the company’s results.

From the start, the participant is challenged to see the company as a whole, adopting a holistic view of the business process and strategy, in order to understand his/her role within the company.
During the program, the Junior Manager will be trained to deal with the challenges of a high-growth company and expected to leverage the business potential.

In order to achieve this, all participants will have access to:

  • On-the-job development through exposure to a highly dynamic work environment
  • Mentoring from the leaders
  • Internal and external training programs aimed at furthering business acumen and developing key technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Accountability in Individual projects based on the company´s strategy.

At the end of the program we expect the Junior Manager to be able to assume a managerial position within Danone.
